SphynxVision High-Resolution Dynamic Imaging abstract accepted for WMIC 2026

An abstract was accepted at the World Molecular Imaging Conference (WMIC) 2026, describing dynamic contrast-enhanced fluorescence imaging of mouse tumors using an open imaging system. The work shows that high frame rate fluorescence imaging can identify arterial and venous phases, generate tumor angiograms, and produce pharmacokinetic maps with substantially higher spatial resolution than DCE-MRI.

Preclinical Fluorescence Image-guided Surgery (IGS) abstract accepted for WMIC 2026

An abstract was accepted at the World Molecular Imaging Conference (WMIC) 2026, highlighting open-system GFP fluorescence imaging for image-guided procedures in mice. The study reports short exposure times, reduced motion artifacts, clear tumor-to-background contrast, and visualization of small tumor fragments and capillaries during surgery.

SphynxVision intra-procedural imaging work to be presented at IEEE EMBC 2026

This research describes how SphynxVision supports image-guided surgery under normal lighting, without moving the animal into a dark chamber. In a GFP-labeled mouse tumor model, the system enabled intermittent intra-procedural imaging in the surgical field, achieved strong tumor-to-background contrast, and captured high-resolution images of extracted tumor fragments using a macro lens.

Fluorescence imaging by SphynxVision tracks chemotherapy delivery from thermosensitive liposomes

Presented at the 2026 Society for Thermal Medicine conference, this research describes the use of fluorescence imaging to visualize chemotherapy delivery from thermosensitive liposomes. The work highlights how open fluorescence imaging can track heat-triggered drug release and delivery dynamics in real time, supporting studies in which thermal therapy, dosing, and imaging need to occur together during the experiment.

Real-time chemotherapy delivery visualization presented at WMIC 2025

Presented at the World Molecular Imaging Congress (WMIC) 2025 in Anchorage, AK, the research described a fluorescence imaging system for real-time visualization of chemotherapy delivery. The work highlights how open-access fluorescence imaging can help researchers observe drug delivery as it happens, map spatial delivery patterns, and assess dynamic treatment response beyond endpoint measurements.
